PerPlate is run by Space Noodle LLC. This page explains what we collect when you join the waitlist or use our free templates, why we collect it, and the control you have over it. Questions? Email support@spacenoodle.ai.

What we collect

• Your email address when you join the waitlist or download a template.
• Optional detailsyou choose to share: the type of operation you run, which feature you'd want first, and any comment you send us.
• Context of your signup: the page you signed up from and the date/time, so we know what you were interested in.
• Basic analytics(for example, anonymized page views) to understand how the site is used. We don't sell this or use it to track you across other sites.

Why we collect it

To run the early-access waitlist, email you about PerPlate, and decide which features to build first based on what matters most to you. Our legal basis is your consent (you give it by joining) and our legitimate interest in building the product. You can withdraw consent at any time by unsubscribing.

Who processes it

We use a small number of trusted providers to run this:

• Google (Google Sheets) stores waitlist signups and responses.
• Mailgun (Sinch) sends our email.
• Analytics (PostHog) measures site usage.

These providers may process data in the United States. We share your information only with providers like these, to operate PerPlate. We never sell it.

How long we keep it

We keep waitlist information until we launch and for a reasonable period afterward, or until you ask us to delete it, whichever comes first.

Your choices

• Unsubscribefrom any email with one click (every email has a link), and we'll stop emailing you right away.
• Access, correct, or delete your data: email support@spacenoodle.aiand we'll handle it promptly.
